I sent in a support ticket earlier to refund some items that I bought from the store.

They replied saying that I had to buy it within three days.

Could have sworn it was 30? Or am I wrong.

It has been 3 days as long as I remember

30 days is too long you could buy a weapon keep it for 28 days use it or whatever and then get a refund but i think OTM doesn't give refunds if they have a suspicion that you bought it on purpose
