Its just a visual glitch, and no it isn't the mob being healed either, it does nothing to you or the mob... If your are a warrior and you use shield wall, you have been seeing the same thing since the beginning of the carrow update....

Saw this against ironclads and shieldbearers while leveling my ranger alt

Is it only happening in tower? I havent seen it yet but then again i haven't spent much time in tower either. What mobs did u see it on? Just out of curiosity. I always thought green was healing...

No it happens on other mobs before the new engine even, it usually happens when a shield is broken or wears off.

It happens after breaking/right as soon as a shield breaks, then it does green dmg but it doesnt heal. If ur using energy shield and the mob breaks it or attacks as soon as its over, it'll sometimes do green dmg to u as well.
