I dont think you should hit twice as hard.

here the explanation :
In normal pve game :
IF you have a lot hp your fighting duration is much higher (because you hit less, you need longer to kill a mob)
After the fights its takes very long for you to heal.

If you have low hp and a lot strengh => your fights will be fast
your regeneration after fight will be much shorter, because you just have to regenerate a little health (not 2k+)

=> all in all you can kill much more mobs per time if you spend more in strengh.

To keep that balanced vitaly should be stronger then strengh, if u understand.
If both would be equal, player with high vitaly have a big disatvantage, because they can kill less mobs per time and get less exp.
So every point in vitaly will be much more effective then a point in strengh, but strengh will speed your fighting and regen time up.

The issue now is that ya have to think and calculate, you cant no longer put every point mostly on one part.

PVP is tough at times and we don't have many books to experiment with different builds which is why we all need to work together to help find the best builds possible.

Ive gone 37-5 as a rogue in PVP. I don't get whats the big fuss about classing being underpowered but ill share my setup.

25/25 Sneaky, Quick Attack.

15/25 Poison.

1/25 Rend.

Rest of points were in hide which is useless PVP.

Your build seems warrior'ish
Yet your dex helps dodge and poison
Your vit VS str seems fun to test

I personally have noticed that for PvP vit and dex FTW
your build seems great fir PvP ( i may use it with some tweaks) for PvP

But for my main concern... You being lvl 90 and myself 93 (basically the same)
How do you fair in Otherworld? Say... VS dreadful eyes?

My build is currently 340+(395ish) 10+(50ish) 10 130
I wear:
Heroic amulet rejuv
Heroic haste gloves
Golden bodkin spirits
Diamond Armor (tier 2) helm, legs, boots, top, dagger

Skills: quick, sneaky, rend maxed... Reflexes 22/25ish
I can solo all the eyes, but sometimes dreafuls get me if i dont sneak or if i attack before full regens

Jw because i have all my new abilities and i would like for us rogues to find a nice nitch for a good build that works for both PvP AND soloing (PvE)

Sorry to tell you this but teef has quit the game but I will suggest u max new statue ablitlys and try some dex not just str:)

I use those PVP skills and stats the same as OW mobs. I haven't updated my siggy and put those stats when I was lvl 94. I am now 99 stats are including tier 2 crystal bonus.

Max Rend, Sneaky, Quick, Poison. Leftovers in distract. No hide as I have a camo charm.

Bloodlust Helm.
Tier 2 Crystal Pants and Legs.
Meteor boots.
Meteor Dagger for Mobbing/Tier 2 Crystal for PvP.
Golden Bodkin for Mobbing/Tier 2 Crystal dagger offhand for PvP
Heroic Haste Gloves
Heroic Rejuvination Necklace
+25 Dagger Ring.

Oh, I haven't lost yet with that build either and I haven't died from Mobbing yet, only bosses.
