hey is it true that higher your ability points means bigger ur damage?


ex:bigger dagger ability bigger damage output of rogues

is that corrct?cheerrs memek

For skills and spells the damage is mainly affected by the ability points.

For weapons, the weapon ability affects mainly your chance to hit but also adds a bonus to the damage it does.

Here is a helpful hint... Sometimes it is better to sacrifice damage rating of your equipped weapon for better speed, particularly in the early stages of the game when your character level rises quickly (in turn raising your max ability levels, by 10 points per char level). The more times you swing your weapon, the faster the ability will go up - so train with the fastest weapon possible at all times. This is less important once you have gotten to higher levels and your weapon ability is nearly maxed, since by this stage it takes longer to level up your character and your normal fighting routine should keep the skill maxed...

By the way, the lower the number showing for a weapons attack speed, the faster it is. Hope this helps your training, happy hunting.
