Consider this crazy mad genius, it's all about what jewelry you wear. You think about comraks sets, or sunshard sets, and starstone sets coupled with dl armor with set bonuses you're doing really well. Most of you won't have these sets do to a great many reasons. Therefore, carefully examine jewelry and determine what direction you wish to go in. If you group at this level often it doesn't really matter much with regard to xp rates gain on lixers. However, if you solo on lixers, this advice will save you both time and money. Average xp gained on lixers should be around 500-700k xp per lixer. If you're not getting this rate you're not doing something right. Consider for a second finding group to level with but be ready to change your build to accommodate group members especially if you're levling with druids, you always need to hold aggro. Of course, a solo warrior will find it best to hybrid build with emphasis on vitality rather than strenght meaning it's much more expensive to level over time for prosperity sake. I know tanks that solo level faster with 3000-4000 health but they have the right gear for it, mostly in jewelry that's Dps rather than vitality and defense.
