Its that time a year again. The time when I start getting the shakes. These chests. Oh god these chests. I'm going to ruin myself getting them. And I'll probably just end up with a bag full of heroic attack elixers. Then I'll be slumped over in the corner by the bank wearing ragged fashion rambling on about I just need one more chest...just one more...one last time...hahaha

Chests is what ruined me when they first came out (not the maclir, the beltane), but eventually u learn that if u want them, buy 1 at a time and see if u have luck and if u can afford, if not, stop there.

what I do ^

I've bought a lot of chests and have never been happy with the purchase. So last event I stopped by chests and just buy what I want from the chests as eventually the fashion and lix are sold.

What I typically want from chests is heroic haste, sigils, and sometimes fashion items. This say I can pick up a couple hundred sigil crates, a couple hundred heroic haste, and the specific fashion items I want.

I typically waited to wear the fashion until the next event or you just end up looking like the other couple dozen toons in the castle.

The only chests ive spent money on is the hawkhurst chests n that's cuz the lockpicks costs 4k lol. I never paid money for an event chest, there not even worth what they sell for

i buy a couple hundred chests to c what i can get but my luck is not the best

First time I ever buy chests, bought about 5 with 100k, got 110k total out of them, bought 5 more, got the legendary 45 camo 95 speed mound. Aw yeah.

Learnt it the hard way last event. Never going to gamble with my savings again.

But its never a bad decision to buy these chests if they're going at a low price, lots of people require lixes since the tower update is here so they'll always be in demand.

same...I used to sell my lux all the time for chests...such bad decisions e.e
