Re: The new luxury

I was rich at one point. And then I wondered what the point of having all this gold accumulated was if I wasn't going to spend it
having alot of gold on you is great and you have the freedom to do whatever you plz with it whether it be using ur gold to merch or buy gear to farm. I understand you think gold hoarding is ridiculous but how this game works gold is king.

For the people saying that say the amys r way yo op and no one will buy the previous its not true. People will buy previous lux but u have to price it well. You dont have to vendor (unless you dont wanna wait). I just find it so funny when people say its impossible to sell previous lux when i do it all the time. If you cant sell for too high of a price sell to a merch and he might take the item off ur hands and ull have the gold to upgrade.

Anyone care to elaborate on how good the new Amy is? It actually looks a lot better than I remember but still not sure if it's worth getting rid of the garanak set for and paying 1.5m. Maybe if someone could do before and after stats with one and name the gear you have as well as elaborate on the skill regarding how exactly it works (direct dage, DoT, buff, etc...), how much dmg it does or boosts damage by, and what the cool down is. Thanks in advance!!!
Could u not buy it and then claim a refund if it sucks? If u have ur monthly refund anyway.

U told me u spent all ur gold on strippers and ale in the tavern!
Thus why I said I was rich at one point. The tavern has made me into a ruined shell of a toon

No. I think hoarding gold so you can brag about your gold is ridiculous. Buy how people want to spend their time in game is up to them. I've had a lot of gold. I've spent a lot of gold. I just don't accumulate it until I have something I know I'll want to buy in the near future.

It's just different play styles and goals.

its better to stockpile rare and expensive items as long as they are the right items than to hold a lot of cash on hand. for certain items the price will rise overtime. garanak is an example of something that was once expensive; however, it is a bad investment as better gear continues to drive its value down. rare fashion and collectible mounts are examples of items that will increase as time goes on.

I merch ALOT but I don't really invest gold into a item I day trade them or swing trade them. The strategy has worked out very well for me though. It require s copious amounts of gold though
