Celtic Heroes

I bought 4k platinum a couple days ago and never received it. When I first went to purchase it I was prompted to answer my security questions to verify it was me spending all of the Itunes. So when I clicked continue it took me out of celtic heroes and into the App Store. I answered the questions correctly obviously, and it had me enter my iTunes password for the purchase of 4,000 platinum. Once I did so it said my purchase was completed but whenever I went back over to celtic heroes to check my platinum, guess what, it wasn't there I'm upset about this because I don't just want to throw one hundred dollars out the window, if you know what I mean here. Oh I even tried the suggested solutions to fixing the problem. Nothing worked and I've sent a support ticket and an email with a picture of my receipt. I really hope I can get my platinum because I honestly feel, scammed, if I may say so. I also saw where it mentioned what device and Internet you used, I'm using an iPhone 6 and I was using 3G or 4G LTE with 4 bars of service that day.

All platinum purchases are secured on celtic heroes accounts. When one of the support members see it they will look at it. But platinum is there you just not able to see it. And you haven't lost them.

Just so you knwo I have checked up on the Plat issue and Support are working their way through them.

If you haven't already please send in your receipt as this will help speed up the process.

I sent two pictures of my receipt to the Celtic support email. I'd upload it to the forums but it tells me that the limit is 275 kib and won't allow me to upload.

Same thing happened to me and a friend and it's been a week since I sent email haha

Wow..well then this will be the last time I make a in-app purchase for this game. I'd make more purchases but if I gotta wait a week for 4k platinum every time I purchase it (if I even get it) I'd rather not. Certainly hope I get what I paid for this time then I'm never gonna deal with this problem again. All due respect to OTM, nothing was meant to be harsh by this.
