Tanks and melee dps attacking from the feet, tanks needing to kite the boss.

Archers and mages in higher platforms, attacking and depending on the tanks to not lose agro, or the boss attacks them (with unique animations)

Healer with tanks, and some with range dps.


Boss should have different attack animations for the bottom players (tanks and melee), and different attack animations for the top rows (range dps and healers).

Lets say its a giant troll. He uses his club and feet for the melee players, and throws boulders and club aoe dmg to the top rows (range dps and healers).
Just wondering how you think this is any different that any other boss in the game...

I assume that you mean what is the difference with my example and the current boss fights ?
Ermmm, they are completely different... My example is waaayyyy different then what boss fights currently are my friend...
At a boss currently:

Tanks and melee dps attack from the Base of the boss.

Rangers and mages attack from a further distance, sometimes on a high ground

Healers with tanks, some on other dps

I don't know the last time you went to for example a 195 Rd, but that boss has plenty of different animations and attacks in many different ways, it even has a really bad ass rolling animation...

And the throwing boulders and AoEs are skills... They are in the game anyway...

So, How is this any different than any other boss in the game... and maybe you Should have highlighted the difference in the OP?

This is a relevant subject to me, and believe me when I say that making all the aspects of the game more epic is one of the things I fight every day to achieve.
Without revealing too much of what is yet to come, I can say positively say that the fight against Gelebron is going to evolve new mechanics that will spice things up.

As some mentioned in this post, this is a mobile game, we might have more limitations than other pc mmo´s but every day we work in Celtic heroes we strive to make it better than it was yesterday. If you have the chance to join the next tower´s beta test give it a try, I´d be interested to know if you liked it.

Awesome ive always thought battling should be more interesting since that's the main thing in the game, things are a bit static at the moment as in u just stand there pressing skills, not really any skill to it. Nerfs and improvements seem to be focused more on end game tho, I would also like to see mob battles come more interesting too since leveling is probably the main thing in this game. With the new engine things got a little more exciting bc of the new animations but not at the level it should or could be, even simple things like being able to run around the mob while still autoing and casting skills and rolling out of the way of mob/boss attack would make it so much more interesting, for instance say Mordris had a tail whip skill u could roll underneath it if u timed it right and same goes for monster that u level on. I can't wait to see clan battles with gelebron now, I'm not level req yet but I'm sure there will be vids on YouTube

So you're likely going to makw the same mistake as you did with necro and make a boss that requires way too many players, effort, and plat items as well as complicated strategy to kill. A boss that many workds such as mine cannot even gather the amount of people to kill let alone get everyone to follow the strategy. Sounds fantastic.

They did spice things up already you might just be too low level to see the bosses. Like the mage in the 2nd room of tpwer disapears at one point and teleports a couple feet and jumps on a energy ball. Etc.


So far they already have done this.

Too low? I'm 210 in full edl.
Gelebron is going to evolve new mechanics that will spice things up.
I quoted what I meant to quote.

An animation isn't changing gameplay mechanics; clearly he wasn't talking about fashion or dance moves.
