Sorry if I missed this.. tried searching and didn't see it. But does the current 150 lux Regens stacked with stargem?

Similar types to not stack - ring- ring regens don't stack - bracelet - bracelet regens don't stack - amulet/necklace - amulet/necklace regens do not stack for both health and energy.

So star stone won't stack with wyld shrine or wyl drove? Or any other regeneration such as star gem?

Yes, same buff type will not stack on more than one ring, bracelet or Necklace/amulet.

For example any energy regen buff will stack on a ring, a bracelet and an amulet.

If you try to put 2 rings on with an energy buff then only the highest level energy buff will be applied. Same goes with bracelets and necklaces/amulets.

Then why does it show the regen icon along with the other regens? Is it a known bug? For example I would equip stargem set along with wyld bracer.. I now see 3 health (neck,brace, ring) and 3 (neck bracer ring)energy along with stargem set buff.

That sounds correct. You can get a health buff from a ring/bracelet/necklace and an energy buff from a ring/bracelet/necklace so that would be the 6 regen buffs. The stargem aura is its own buff type so I don't believe that it would be affected by the other active buffs.
