Maybe you just say things that seems to be different to other people's perspective.
2 words of advice

Make sure what you say is positive and makes other people feel good.

Try to look around and be friendly on server. You may run into some people worth sharing a moment with ingame.

I'm not that popular in the server but if you follow these advices maybe this server can work out.

Anyway these are just some suggestion I thought of that could help.
