What does Cross Platforming mean?

In this game I would imagine iphone and android players on sane server. But that won't happen.

Too much plat money to be made with fresh servers on android.

No... It mean you will be able to play with people that are using Android

Right now there is only iOS servers and android servers

So are they going to merge servers or are they just allowing new chars on cross-platform servers?

Last we heard was they were going to allow new players so be created on these servers, but no merging. For instance, iOS users will be able to make new players on Balor, and Android people will be able to make new characters on Rhiannon. Existing characters will stay on the servers they are on.

I hate this; I switched to an Android recently, and I've put a couple hundred dollars into my last account.
