ah, yeah if people are making alts that is low. I am sorry if some clannies are that low, however I cannot take action if I don't know who they are. Maybe change your name? Only tell your friends it is you perhaps, it shouldn't have to come to this but just a suggestion. Again I apologize on behalf of my clannies if it is them doing this.
