Every time I try to log in it stays on the loading game screen I tried re starting my phone deleting the game an re downloading it. pretty much nothing is working. I play on my iPhone 5s. Need help!

Try updating your iPhone I have that problem on my iPod 4,idk what's wrong with your 5s

Was this creating a new account or attempting to log-in to an existing account? Was it from a fresh install?

Tried to log on to my existing account an yeah it was from a fresh install I've tried everything I could think about for it to work

Do you have multiple apps running? You try closing them or clearing cache? That did the trick for me.

Something to try as a workaround just now while we look into a fix for this.

- Uninstall the game.
- Re-install game and launch.
- On Main Menu 'Touch Screen to Play' to log in as a guest.
- Make any random character and then log-in to the server you usually play on.
- Complete the little bit of the tutuorial on the Pier and then log-out and return to the Main Menu.
- Enter username and password and try and log-in.

Hopefully that should get you into the game until we have a fix for the problem.
