Get a job if you don't already have one, get a car if you don't have one, have a sense of humor, girls love it. Play a sport of some kind, get a little tan so you can replace that milky skin of yours with something that says I don't play Celtic all day. Don't tell her you play celtic until after you start dating, trust me she will be more accepting of it now that you are dating her. Talk to her a lot, but also give her time so she can hang out with her friends too. Be confident, and also you want to be alpha as fck. (Not too much alpha or you'll scare her away.) buy her Victoria's Secret. ;) change your phone background to the Kate upton Antarctica shoot from sports illustrated, she will want to compete for your background space. (Yay pics!)
That's pretty much it. Oh yeah, tease her a little, they like the attention and the 1:1 fun they're having. And here's something to help you thin out the crowd, if a girl likes you she will talk in a higher voice pitch than usual.

The thing is, yes be yourself because unless you are planning to get laid and move on....(not a good Idea) you do not want to change anything....

If you fake it the real you will come out eventually and it will scare her off. Your friends and family might tell her otherwise then she will think you were lying to her this whole time (which you were) and thus lead to the relationship to end. (unless you hid that you were a millionaire and just wanted to see if she likes you without the money.)

For an example, while my father dated my mother he lied that he had a strong relationship with God and he also didnt show he was very anti social and didnt show his true self. Now a long while back she said she divorced him in her heart and is staying for the kids. She eventually learned to be independent without him emotionally and she is fine now. It takes a special woman to stay with someone who does that.
