My account has been disabled for about 2 and a half months now and I can't take it anymore!! I have been going back and fourth with support and keep receiving the same question. I really just want an answer for a second chance please can I talk to someone on the forums. I have been sending emails as soon as I get one back and I will not receive and email back for 1-2 weeks, it's crazy having to check my email everyday for an answer for 2 MONTHS now. Please just allow me to speak to someone and resolve if I can play my account again. I honestly have told OTM everything and they just keep asking me the same questions IT almost seems like a game.:/??

For enabling a account you need to e-mail [email protected]

In your e-mail, state the name and World of a character on the account which has been disabled.
Write a SHORT summary as to why you feel your account should be enabled.

I know you have done that but you did not say which one you e-mailed. It helps to resend the e-mail. I had to wait 2 and a half months and realized they did not received my e-mail. I resent it and a week later, my account was enabled.
