Im just wondering how much these bounty board will give for xp.

The amount will vary. It is planned that you will also receive gold and other rewards for bounty quests. More information will come in the coming week or so, and we're open to player feedback from the beta once that starts too

Another question is that will there continue to be grinding?

We've heard our heroes loud and clear and as such the level cap is hard capped at 240.
To be clear, there is no intention to increase this.
