Funny how this became an arguement about how stats work when the op is asking about builds...

Popular boss builds around my world are full str since we have no competiton on edl bosses and egbs we have 1 very active full support rogue and others who run expose and/or smoke also so it leaves most of us free to do whatever we want with our builds. My favorite build is combo of str and dex, usually 65-35 str/dex so dex skills still hit high but are not priority since then do sh*t all against edl.

Havent looked at this topic in a while, and wow, its grown! Thanks to everyone for your input, and id like to ask a new question. Ive heard that thanks to the poison resists on new mobs, dex build is a joke. How true is this statement? Also +1 for getting the poison resist removed!

Full str all skills build for me

depends, im not a plat buyer and dont have unlimited restos so i like dex build for the lifesteal and fast reflexs for high defence so im not spamming restos for lvling

Yes the poison resists suck. I dropped maxed pw cause out of the 120 smthn dmg it was supposed to give it only added like 50 to my actual autos dmg. Also dropped lifesteal since it was hitting 400-600 and I would rather put those points into assassinate and then just resto. I'd highly recommend switching too strength build, I used to be pure dex but ever since tower I've switched to pure strength and I noticed a sharp increase of my dps in tower.

Yeah, I've been experiencing the same exact thing. My PW only adds 80dmg but I barely see a difference in my autos.

I've yet to try a pure str build but Im gonna change my build soon.

Do you just put enough vit for decent Hp then the rest in str?

The answer to a vit question for a dps build is always to put as much hp as you think you will need to survive, and after that you focus on dps. After all, you could be hitting highest dps in game, but you're no good dead. ^^

What celts said just add enough so that you can survive, I run at 50 but (100 with gear) but my edl, rings, and one of my hrung braces gives me a lot of health so with 100 vit I have about 5-5.5k.
