Hello!

Customisation is something we know you'd like and it is something that we have been discussing.

However, it won't be in the next update - as the update is coming too soon to be considered unfortunately.

Made my character in 2011, I missed all the new hair styles of this engine, not to mention when you did the different skin colors for events

Personally doesn't bother what my in game toon looks like, but if you feel that you really did hit every branch on the way down falling out the fugly tree.... Wear a mask

I chose my face because it had lots of makeup. In new engine it has no makeup and now I completely hate it.
