well i have tried for many weeks to get this solved with no luck what so ever iv sent mail after to to otm and admins on forums with no help at all its a joke since the new update iv had a faire few items go missing from my account
FULL turq hunter set
winter crystal 70 str ring
green lanrik pants
blue lanrik pants
these are just what iv noticed and no one has acsess to my accounts so nothing has been stolen as i say iv mailed you so many times otm with no fricken help

I looked up your account and cannot see such a support ticket being sent into the team.
If you can send in a support ticket to the team and explain when these items went missing and the full name of said items then they should be able to look into it and see where they have gone to.

done but did you check my rogue for tickets? its impossible if no tickets where found as im sure i got a arning saying if i sent more tickets i could face a ban.....

Sending more tickets will not cause a ban however spamming tickets slows the process down. Sometimes tickets don't go through like e-mails. It does seem odd that they would threaten to ban you for sending a ticket.

Yeah, it does seem like support is biased.
