This lottery will be held by Arctic Storm. NOBODY else is allowed to sell tickets for it.

If you spend a lot of time in Lir's castle, you might have seen me (or precisely, my alt, Arctic Storm) hosting dice, lotteries and I-don't-know-what-else. I think I have proven myself as a fair, trustworthy dicer.
And so I am opening a cumulative lottery. Basically, gold from tickets you'll buy will go to jackpot and after some time I will roll for up to three winners (see below) who will each get part of the pot. Now for making things strict:
1. Ticket price is 1k. There is no limit of how many tickets one person can buy.
2. Initial jackpot is 5k. Buying the very first ticket wouldn't make sense otherwise.
3. I will write down every entry and publish the list here before I roll.
4. I'll need some people to accompany me while I roll, so there won't be any way for me cheating.
5. No refunds when you lose.
6. REALLY, no refunds. Come on.
7. About numbers of winners:
I was thinking about this and I think that if I'll sell only few tickets, then jackpot will be so small there's no point dividing it any further. So:
- If I'll sell less than 100 tickets there will be only one winner and he will receive 80% of the total pot.
- If I'll sell 101-200 there will be two. First one will get 60%, second 20%.
- If I'll sell 201+ there will be three. First winner gets 50%, second 20%, third 10%.
8. One person can take all the rewards.
9. About the way I will pick the winners:
Basically, I will use the in-game dice system, but the method will wary depending on numbers or tickets sold.
- Say there's 83 entries. I will then roll until I'll roll a number 1 to 83. This is the winner.
- Say I sold 116 tickets. I'll roll two times. If first roll is 50 or lower, I will decide winner from numbers 1 to 58 using method above.
- If the number of tickets sold is uneven I'll buy one ticket myself. Yes, that means I can win too
10. In order to buy a ticket you can either trade me whenether I am online (whisper my main, Akecza if I'm there. I'll relog then) or mail gold to Arctic Storm. If you are mailing, put lottery or something on topic. Also, if you wont mail full thousands, I will return redundance lowered by 10 gold for stamp.
