Lack of Support

My friend just lost all his stuff in this update and support says they can't help him. He was also a platinum buyer so technically he just lost all his money that he put into the game and is thinking about quitting now. Good job support...

There is no way for another player to access your account unless your tell them your log in details.

If he's having trouble with his account tell him to send in a Support Ticket

He didn't share his account info. He logged on after he updated the game and his jewelry, weapon etc were all gone. He has already messaged support who told him to name as many of his items as he could so they could be recovered but after he did they said he never had those items and that they couldn't help him. But he definitely had that stuff because I've given him some of the stuff that disappeared and have seen his items that he supposively never had.
