Camping in the old day MMO was killing the random mobs , until the rare one was spawned (every mob had a chance of spawning rare one).

Why doesnt otm implement this for rare spawns and inserting extra customized loot into the game?

Currently you have to tally spWn times and sit there doing nothing to get snything accomplished in this game. It seems ass backwards to me. You should log on, put in the work, and you always have a chance to find the mob/loot that you were 'camping and killing the regular zone mobs (the work and time put in) for in the first place.

I would rather go around killi g golems for an hour for l, if i had a little carrot of a chance for something to spawn that i am contributing to the spawn of by hunting mobs around the area. Currently you log on to ch, find the last time boss was dead, and sit around waiting and checking spots all day, while accomplishing nothing the wholw time doing it. With the horrendous drop rates for raid items, getting loot is nothing more than a 100 foot , hail mary shot you hit that one time 15 years ago in highschool gym.

A fixed timer on Snorri, say every 2 hours already guarantees 12 spawns in a 24 hour period. Right now, the average seem to be 2:45 which is about 8-9 per day. Even if the spawn rate of 6* is still too low, a fixed timer is already a step in the right direction, and with no camping required, its a huge improvment to the game.

Bottom line is that this change should be extended to DL, Frozen, Meteoric and Warden bosses, as well as Raid Bosses and give them fixed 90 hour timers.
We're going to be reviewing the feedback from this change and considering future improvements.

The EDL time window has been a great change. dL needs to follow the same format and should get implemented sooner rather than later....I also agree that end game bosses should have a fixed time, but think 90 hours is a bit excessive, I'd say 72 hours, making it two raids per boss thoughtout the week.
