I think most people who think thier 4 works ok don't have another device and are rather confused. Ch is the only thing installed on mine it's dedicated to this game only.

I have 4s,5,5s iPhones also and ipod5s ipad2 and iPad air 2. I've used a iPhone 6 also but don't own one.

The difference is absolutely massive between the air 2 and iPhone 4. Most people don't know what they are seeing is 20 seconds in the past or that 4 minute logins are abnormal. There is even a large difference between a 4 and 4s.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that people who think the game runs well actually have a 4s.

Plus is right, iphone 4 runs really badly, there is general lag everywhere, most actions have delays of a few seconds, raids are nigh on impossible unless you're just autoing. On the plus side i dont crash on it much but it isnt enjoyable to play on it right now.

I have an ipad air 2 and the difference is massive, no lag anywhere except with the delays when casting skills, i thought that was attributed to lag on my iphone 4 but i see now its just how the engine works, skills should affect mobs as soon as theyre cast but they have like a seconds delay on top of the cast time, i dont know if its because of the animations or what but that needs to be fixed its really annoying for casters. Also, characters and mobs sometimes dont load in time if i enter an area, considering the air 2 is one of the most powerful idevice thats worrying. Dual devicing, you can see how every action on iphone 4 is out of sync and registers on the air 2 after a couple of seconds.

How do you know it runs the game well? Do you have an iphone 6 or iPad air 2 to compare it to?

Because I don't think "works well" means what you think it means. Lag is terrible, virtually unusable in raids or congested areas like the castle courtyard. The game can take several minutes to log and runs 20+ seconds in the past. The last time i used it at mordris it was showing my warrior autoing on it for at least 20 seconds after it was downed. When the lag gets much over 20 seconds you get disconnected.

If you are the only person on the map, and you close ch, then reboot your phone before logging, it runs barely acceptably.

I have the a1332 32gb model. Stripped down only ch installed. 7.1.2 iOS. Overall it is terrible. Honestly you might not know the extent without comparing it to a newer device.

I do not have anything to compare it to however I did compare it to my friends iphone 6 following your comment. Of course the iphone 6 was better. So I realize the iphone 4 does not work well but it works. I have a lot of space on my iphone, I have no music, videos and I only have Ch installed, maybe that is a factor?

Not having many apps can help as many apps take up background resources. If you close out all apps (double tapping home) it helps. Not listening to music outside of ch helps too. You can turn off bluetooth and other things you don't need for a tiny improvement also.
