Still no news. A "couple hours" has gone by several times, and yet the banker is still missing, and items havent been returned yet. And still admins dont post any update or news about this situation, just leaves us staring blankly onto our screen.

Can an admin please update on the status of this situation?

Bank is back this morning , but the items I withdrew before bank disappeared are gone from my inventory , so I figure they are in bank.
Well, no they aren't.
So whats going on?

Already registered my email and tried in game support..

Not even a "we'll get back to you."

i Also withdrew the items golden gloves of haste that I JUST BOUGHT!!!
So plz i would like my item or gold.

I'm having the same issue. Withdrew items from the bank, items completely dissapeared. Banker returns but my items don't.

If admin actually reads and can resolve this for me...

Just to put it out there, i had also sent an ingame support message, and have yet to recieve a reply even from that, admin is clearly browsing the forums, can you give us an update?

I see im not the only player who has not recieved thier items back from the bank glitch. Players that had items in the bank when it was removed recieved them back with no problems after the patch, but yet those of us who had thier items glitch when we withdrew them havent recieved any help getting them back.

I have talked to the admin and sent him a list of the items I that I lost but have heard nothing back. I Hope this problem is fixed very soon.

I cant replace warden or pathfinder myself.

Admin, im STILL awaiting a reply, how long is this going to take? Going to nearing 48hours soon. And you refuse to update on the situation.

If you have lost any items please report it using the inbuilt support button and it will get returned.

I have submitted 2 tickets already, and neither one has been answered, im getting the impression that my items will not be returned.
