Yea and that's cheating also and against the tos. Personally I wouldn't risk a ban over it when you can do it within the rules.

Why is that against the ToS?

Because it has to be the owner of the acc tapping the screen or pecking (if the owner is a chicken lol) otherwise it's just as good as writting a script. IDo how hard it is to prove someone is doing it though

Just a personal note here: chickens can't peck the screen and have it work. They use a change in capacitance to detect a touch - fingers and grapes have enough water in them and a nice flat shape to do this while a beak is more like a long fingernail and lacks the shape and material properties to work.

I could be wrong about this though I've never tested on a chicken. Maybe if the chicken had a grape on its beak... No chickens were harmed in the making of this post.
