Skill fixing needs to be done for most classes. Mages have huge problems but I wouldn't say more so than druids.
This. I haven't been playing nearly as long as some of you, but even I can tell when something is broken. My wife and I play the game together. She's a mage and I'm a druid. Two broken as all get out classes struggling to level because of poor armor and uneven dps.

As mentioned earlier in this thread by Admin, we are definitely planning to improve class balance and we understand your frustrations.

It is high priority and we would like to make some improvements, it is currently scheduled to come out together with the tower update as this is the next big combat related update. We will be looking at things like evades, damage fluctuations, interruptions, cast times, adding new skills and improving other issues that have been brought up.

Hopefully Druid energy costs will be fixed aswel then as that's been a long time problem for us Druids!!

Everyone gets evades and avoids. Not just mages.
You are correct but the mages main dps is spells and when they often miss it destroys our dps also mob with chao aura i seen my bolt hit 1-2k when there rogues with melees deal 1-2 without skills so not just is our damage greatly reduced but we are missing a ton of our already reduced dmg

And when a Rangers bola Is evaded they die. When a warriors shatter is evaded the damage of all Melee is lowered. When a rogues expose weakness is evaded everyone's skills are evaded. When a Druid casts heal on target that is dead that heal is evaded. Every class has issues with evade. It happens to everyone. And the outcome is the same for everyone, except some classes feel they are abused more then others. How fun would it be landing every skill? Too easy. There are issues that need fixing and there are other issues that can be ignored. Like this one. I'm glad otm is workin on the real issues and not worried about the little things.

warriors still have that melee and ranger doesnt always die if they do they need more hp or better build in imo they also still have there heal skill i have seen rangers that dont even use bolas and if a warrior lets say is on a haste lix they will still deal more damage then us lets say in 10 secs we hit a 5k bolt and the other misses thats like 500 dmg melees lol and the 4* mobs in towers i had times when they hit 6k damage on me lol explain what i do about that other then give up all my focus aka damage and now get less xp then what i got before

Yes everyone gets their skills evaded, but the difference is that warriors/rogues/rangers have auto attacks to make up for it. Druids and mages are primarily skills based, with very low armor and hardly any melee attack. So when skills get evaded it chews up our energy, and we are sitting there doing no damage taking hits with our weak armor. Not to mention that the skills we rely on get interrupted frequently, while melee attacks do not. This is why casters are at a disadvantage compared to other classes: we have no worthwhile melee attack.
