Celtic Heroes

hello i havent played celtic heros in long time around 2 years and dicided to play it agin but i cant conect to servers , i can log in acct an see al the servers with the amount of cerecters i have in each but cant conect iv tryed evrything from re instaling and all but nothing seems to work i made another acct and was able to conect to server with that one but would like old one back ... i sent email to supporte but was asked to post this here .. thanks and hope i get my acct back

I play every day and can't connect either. I keep getting returned to the tap the screen page in the beginning...

Hi Spart and rapmd what devices have you tried to run on/ ios version?
Rapmd are you able to tap on the beginning screen? Like does it just stay on the loading circle top corner?

Im on Android.

Edit : I get the tap screen but not my characters that I've created. It won't load the second screen.

I have tried both my phone and tablet on two different connections.

I have even tried to register another account so I can file an in game support ticket. The screen just stays where the register button is no matter how many times I click it.

rapmd if those things of clearing cache, close the unused running apps or last resort reinstalling don't work let us know. What device are you using on android? A little more detail so that the team can try to assist better.

Unfortunately, even after a complete re-install, I still can not log in.

I even tried the guest account and the 2game would not move past the touch screen to continue.

Edit: both devices are android kit kat (phone) and jelly bean (tablet).
I played upto yesterday with no issues on both devices.

1st device is a galaxy mega phone and 2nd is a galaxy note 10.1

Hey, it seems the servers are having problems right now. A couple people have also reported that they cannot log in.

It should be solved by tomorrow. Reply here if you still aren't able to log in after waiting 12 hours.
