I just think EDL should not only be the best dagger on chaos mobs, but it should also surpass any shop purchased dagger on regular mobs as well.

Thaumaturgic gives more attack than EDL

This is my take on the debate

The proc from EDL dagger hits between 2-3k consistantly and dagger also has 500 attack.
DL dagger procs 1-2k consistantly and has 350 attack.
Thaum dagger doesn't proc but has 200 attack on top of EDL and 350 attack on top of DL (before attack elixirs or reaper ring boosts) and extra pierce dmg on top of DL

Personally I'd use DL or EDL but if a DL dagger and a Thaum dagger alone (regardless of other equips) on long fights the 700 dagger ability could compare to a DL dagger on chaos mobs assuming both daggers are on haste and attack elixirs. I would say Thaum over DL on regular mobs

the ability boost on Thaum is awesome, it's a tough debate when sometimes the Proc on DL and EDL can double/tripple multiple times a fight (saw 4 procs in a row once) and then sometimes only proc 3-5 times during the whole fight.

Noting that a double proc from EDL wep is basically 5k damage (on average) and more often then not you will get more then just 2 procs per fight, I believe that would be hard to catch up to using Thaum dagger with just 200 more attack and less pierce damage but still debateable depending on how much attack your other equips add.

Anyways my personal choice is DL or EDL. If you have neither of those Thaum is still great
If you have Thaum and DL. Use what you think is the best.
if you have EDL DL and Thaum, use the EDL so your clannies don't question why another rogue didn't get it
