Dex is where its at

In caro u shud always be dex build. Ss, ls n pw will hit very high. Lixing and bossing
Change to str build in tower. Riposte over rend.
Same goes for bossin in tower too.

In tower it is because of all the poison resists. In Carrow it added 100+ to every auto.

By the time u cast it u could get 1-2 kills prolly.

On 1 stars yes but if your lvling on 3-4 stars then no it's definitely worth casting.

Eh idk with the right build u could possibly beat the mob before u even start attacking after casting pw. It's just my opinion though. I hate pw and find it to be completely useless..others might not think so though

the only reason pw is on my current build is i am mainly using rogue to offgrp ranger when ranger reachs a high level ill alt back to remove pw and change back from full dex to hybrid

My pw does +180 poison damage which is massive granted im endgame and is at 210 but it's by no means a lame skill. It is hands down one of the top dps skills we have especially if u have high attack
On a side note me n few clannies tested all elements damage in tower on mages, aghasts, dogs n sentinels. Using hrungnir dmg rings. Poison still hit higher than others. Cold was the most dismal. Not edl but regular mobs

The build I like is as follows:
For stats, use just enough vit to live, rest in str. Gear will take care of dex.

For skills, use sneaky, ss, riposte, qs, assassinate. Max them in that order.

For gear, use quested gear (warden, meteor, frozen, beastbone, dl, etc) and anything that adds dmg. Regen is fine until you get a nice dmg item.

Use sigils to keep energy up and use combos, they will help with regen and give you the attack speed that you need.

Im not saying this build is the "best," just that this is the build I like.
