During battle my skills/spells keep getting interrupted.

Is there a status that applies to skill/spell interruption?

Or is there something else I have to change (or equipment that will help) to make interruptions less frequent?

You can change to a howling wind build. It works pretty well.

It happens to everyone, might I suggest joing our arguement

I'm not sure what level you are, but for me at levels 190-220 about 600-700 defense with a level 50 howling wind worked very well for me. That's one of the reasons why I like the spiritseed set, it adds in dexterity.
