I would get the vit/focus, you can move points around and get the same effect and it will probably be easier to sell than the dex one, but if gold isnt an issue get the dex one

Whats the skill on the ammy like? Is it instant cast? Can it be used at range?

I have the dex one and for soloing its great as it helps you dodge attacks. Cast winds at start, hit the mob with ammy (works ranged) add other DoT (vines and bees), occasionally get evaded hit with lightening and move forward with storm touch, recast all as necessary. Works well and give 3 good hits in the 15sec but it is slow to recast, so hopefully you get kill before its needed again.

I use the Zephyr ammy and it is really good for soloing. But to make it more efficient you will have to go full dps, so you better drop all support skills even nature touch. As you will have 3 dot skills , you will be able to finish the mobs really fast.
Also with howling wind, it helps a lot for evades!

Wind is melee defence. Evades are skills defence

When i said that it helps with evades i meant that it helps with evading monsters auto-attacks. Sorry for the mistake
