Then I would like to ask of you higher-levelled players this: what becomes of us?
I only wish to progress and it seems as though the many points made were focusing on degrading another. I get that many high level players would like to take on lower leveled bosses. But what about us, the lower leveled players who would also like to take down those bosses? This is why I bring up the possible solution of social reform. Take down our mindsets of 'outlocking' and think more towards achieving the same goal of progress. If you simply don't need the boss then let a newer wave of players to take your place so that they can play the game fully. I know Pigman's point is understandingly appealing. But you must take note of what I wish to be the solution or at least the possible solution. "Letting weaker players win endgame bosses" as the title of this thread exactly portrays this mindset of having to defeat and conquer. This means there isn't necessarily a benefit for these high-levelled players. Sure, you can count a massive clan bank as a benefit. But if you truly expect to take on these lower levelled bosses than you should only expect newer members who can lock these bosses.
What becomes of u depends on u, not us. If u wanna win u need to work, I dont know u or ur clan, Im not on ur world nor Ive ever visited on ur world or talked to u, so obviously I have nothing against u, but stop avoiding my points and making these points expecting me to pity u.
I'll say it rather clear, its none of my business what 'becomes of you', u need to work for ur drops, if u just lvl to 180 and stop, then ur doing nothing, then u shouldnt expect to get drops and win on bosses.

Dont expect to 'progress in game' if u dont even lvl past 200 just to outlock on Snorri and Hrung.

if everything is based on how much work we've done in game why am I not allowed to get gear? I've spent 28 months playing over 8 hours a day, leveled 4 characters over 170, camped and killed bosses all day long for 3 clans through the games history, led 2 clans, was the main record keeper for eg drops for over 5 months in the largest clan in arawn at the time, and farmed millions in gold and reinvested in my characters for event lux and lixes. I also spend 16 hours a day of camping dl while quadboxing anything that spawns and waking up at night for boss calls.

Level alone does not show how much time or effort someone has put into the game. My clan works hard, every single one of us. Why are we then subject to penalization under the guise that we haven't invested enough into our characters just because we're not 220+?
This is my point exactly. We have been working down the road all this time. And here everyone's mentioning how they should deserve these features of the game exclusively for themselves. I can't dispute that lower leveled players can outlock higher level players. But this isn't the bigger picture. Can the lower level players even take on the higher level bosses offered to higher leveled players? We have also worked hard to deserve the right to progress.

as I said in an earlier post once we get a reasonable amount of gear for everybody in the clan we're moving on to other things. We have no intention of staying lower level forever.

2 flaws :

1. I noticed the use of 28 months instead of 'less than 2 years' to make it sound like u did more. Well, I play longer than u and around 90% of my playtime was on the dominant clan, camping, lvling, attending to bosses and helping my clannies, not just on bosses, but on everything I can do (I believe that a good clannie isnt based just on camping, but on the way he is as a clannie and the way he donates to the clan mentally), overall, Ive done more than u, but this isnt competition between you and I.

2. 'Lvled 4 characters to 170', thats it. Lvl to 220, I dont need to say anything else.

No one is saying "hey, otm. Get rid of level lock on arawn only so res can get all the things". This is an issue throughout the entire game play itself. I have been in top clans and in not top clans as well in my 3 1/2 years and 1300 levels across a number of toons. Back before the target lock, we would make groups of our highest level dps to lock bosses against other clans and whoever had the best dps got the win. Now if there are 9 of us at snorri camping, the highest level is asked to leave so one closer to the boss level can join the group. Where is the sense in that?

This post only makes u seem greedy isnt it? 'I'll stay low lvl until I'll get all the drops because I have higher chances as low lvl, and only then I'll lvl'. Oh well, Im lvl 205, I dont have dl sword or shield, can I go down with my lvl?

Again post isn't about u only its about the game as a whole. Good for u go level look foward to some actual fair compitition tbh. But the system is flawed where people can stay at that level and it needs to be changed its not only arawn here it's all servers and the game mechanics as a whole

12 months in a year, ive been playing for 3 years but took a break for college for 8 months of that time. I was in the dominant clan for id guess 16 months or so before it split, I was then chief of the remaining members. I'm not saying I'm the best in the game, I'm asking why I should be penalized for putting so much time and effort into it.

The flaws in your statement can include the math of which presumes 28 months as 'less than 2 years'. It also includes the absence of the understanding of what Wretched is mentioning. He mentioned his 4 toons in order to allow you to see this prime struggle. For him to log all 4 toons just to get his clan the gear that they need shows his devotion to the purpose of us all. By him levelling to 220 would prove our stage at DL to be obsolete. We would be undergeared and incapable of taking on a clan of 300 or so active members with an arsenal the size of Manhattan.
