Druid rogue is good but is only moderate on bosses. The rogue is kinda squishy. With the right gear the rogue can sorta tank.

Rogues arent made to tank, why would they tank at a boss? Anyways if you're planning on tanking at all as a rogue, first piece of advice, get a warrior to do it instead. Second piece of advice, gear plays alot in tanking, a rogue is build not to take hits but to avoid them, lots of dex/def will enable certain rogues a fair amount of tanking capabilities.

The idea that it works is the problem.

A tanks only as good as the Druids healing him. A rogue can tank but it would tank 2-3 more Druids than a warrior would need

I often play a ranger/druid combo. The strength of this duo is not in soloing, but grouping. Auto ranger deals dps while you play as main heals for an xp group. If you are focused, the xp is amazing in a group, and with a dps and heals already accounted for, you can pretty much add anyone who wants to join.

Why? any class can tank aslong as the right debuffs are casted on then boss
