If you freeze priestess make sure you still have a mage luring mordy. Also make sure you prevent any aoe attacks like fire storm ice blast explosive arrow as they seem to break the freeze on priestess if she's to close to moody.

The mage luring will be attacked yes and You don't need to pull her far away if you can keep her frozen after all you don't wanna pull her to reset range.

We've found (after a bit of messing around) a cozy place to let her chill so dont rly meed to worry about that. Gotta work on the mage coordination now.

Best way to do that is everyone in group needs a number depending on how many you have. I have done it with 3 mages before where we timed it perfectly but the more you have the better chances you have in case there is a miss.

Let's say you have 6 mages freezing best way to train is take them all to a mob and practice go through your numbers 1-6 if any player misses get them to say miss or M there for the next mage can jump in quickly to freeze her before it breaks. The more practice your mages get the more smoothly your fight will go, also have your most experienced mage control the group just in case of a player crashing or lagging they can re shuffle the group on the spot to prevent it from getting out of hand.
