We do have competition to some extent. We do have 1 clan that has members that sit around and camp nonstop dl and then fall others.

I, for one, won't camp and try to just stay out of carrow until the others are done with dl

DL has been the reason of many a drama. It is almost funny how a few people is managing to turn this friendly server into such a drama-filled one.

actually i was thinking the same thing, everything gets blown way out of proportion instead of people just playing the game.

Competition would be nice. Being server population sucks. There really can never be true competition. Truth be told.. CH is a pay to win game. The real winners will be plat buyers. Which people need to appreciate cause without the plat buyers the game would be horrendous to play. All IMO

i went through and started reading the oldest posts on forums from before shalemont, people that where in top clans that were 20+ to join.. lol, about all the high levels that practically lived in cats, trying to get the best armor in the game.. plate armor.. was nice to see how far this game has come.

We all have our reasons to play I been endgame myself but I prefer collecting old items over anything. Whatever makes you happy be it bossing or just having a good time, we are glad to have you here

But this game isn't pay to win. I started out extremely poor and by being a merchant I am now very rich. If I can do it, anyone can, it just takes time, skill, and a little luck Plat is only a shortcut, not a necessity.

You have to realize that it is awesome that there is still the possibility of playing this awesome game completely free. But also, i had a friend who was consistently 14-15 levels lower than me since we both started. i think our biggest gap was when he was 16 levels lower. Within a weeks time, he not only filled that gap of 16 levels, but is now 8 levels higher than me and counting. essentially he paid for his success. i know i have more hours into the game than him. between farming and grinding and occasionally buying some plat and some lix's even with gold. However my friend zoomed past me in a week, what took me probably a month to accomplish. level 91-108 in a month for me. and for him, he went from 91-116 in 6-7 days.

on a side note, some competition would be exciting. Some mini games would be fun. Castle wars for teams or clans. FIght pits for the indivual success. earn tokens to buy unique fashion or armor. Only problem with mini games like castle wars, a successful well equipped 170 would not be able to take down a 200 toon. and a 115 would not compete with a 160.

What never made sense to me is that, if i can hit 400 auto at 110 on lower levels, and 360 on my levels. why when something is level 130 do i hit so low? i know there is a increase in armor or abilities. but if i can hit 360 on my levels, i should be able to hit at least 120-130 on npc's 20 higher than me. and even 55-80 on toons or npc's 50 higher than me.

^The game heavily nerfs u on damage on mobs higher than u. Higher the level higher the nerf and also much much more evades n misses.

Yep. I remember at lv 80 with a obsidian bow(1200 dmg total) i shot a 120 golem and did 13 damage. I knew 120s with half my damage that hit hundreds.

Damage should not be nerfed so much
