Very disappointed..
#1Its already going to be july 22 and i still have not recieved my 4000 platinum that i bought on july 10....I have tried everything , i have not even got a respond from them..it is VERY frustrating... Poor customer service...
+1I am also in the same situation. I sent them an in game support ticket on the 10th, about 3 days went by and no response, so I sent another ticket, this one quite nasty saying how disapointed I was. The next day I got an in game message saying to email details to them. So I did, and I explained what happened. They reply to my email telling me to send them details (which makes me wonder if they read my first email because I coppied and pasted half of it)...username, ign, lvl, world, receipt, etc. So I did....It has been nearly two weeks and I have recieved ONE email from them.....this is EXTREMELY ridiculous otm....I am a paying customer and you have not valued that in the least. Like everyone else who bought plat on the 10th, it was for the deal. Now the deal is over. I know otm says that we wont be denied the deal because of plat issues but my question is if it gonna be a one time thing and go away after we purchase our first chest bundle, or if we will also be granted the three or so days everyone else got.
Otm has made me consider ever purchasing plat ever again with this lack of interest in thier customers.
Fix this ASAP. I'm tired of waiting for my plat ive already bought.
Fully power down your device. That is, do not just lock the device or put it into sleep mode, but instead fully switch it off.
Turn the device back on.
Launch the Celtic Heroes app.
The second option is to:
Connect to a different WiFi network than the one you normally connect to.
Launch the Celtic Heroes app.
The third option is to:
Try running another game which has in-app purchases.
Relaunch Celtic Heroes.
The fourth option, and one that should only be used as a last resort, is to:
Go to the Settings section of your device.
Select Store.
Tap where it says Apple ID, and select Sign Out.
Doing this will prevent the game from checkin the iTunes store when you log-in.
No offense, but if 2 weeks passed, it doesn't mean you tried everything and besides other people may need help.tomorrow will be 2 weeks, you really think we dindt tryed everything yet?
