DPS is starting to get a little more balanced overall. Although rogues are clearly on average getting the most kills, rangers and mages have specific bosses they do well on. 200e and 195 are always killed by a mage, and some rangers dominate kills on mordris and necro, among other high level bosses. I think ranger dps is about fine as is (skills need reworking), warriors could use a slight buff but the instacast pummel might fix that (they were also getting some mordris kills before every rogue had rondel), and maybe mage lures might need a slight boost (in carrow and on some tower bosses the lures don't take resistance even close to 0. A 40 point lure sometimes lets a 8k firebolt hit under 1.5k on a 5* carrowmore boss).
I agree on pummel except unlike other skills, Pummel with up to 5k dmg (at least mine, using only one Pummel boosting item) does 600 at most on any dl+ boss that is at least 5*. Pummel worked fine during ow time bosses-wise.
It does a lot more on lure tho, yeah? I've had 8k firebolt a hit about that low on lured boggan 5*'s lol. And I don't have a melee damage to make up for it
Nope. It is affected by crush lure now, but only and only on mobs where u can hit 4k's easily enough, on any boss that is 5* or above (dl+, that means glash, ulrob, priest, king, sreng snorri and so on, not on ow bosses and yes on event bosses except urchaid) it'll just hit low, and Ive just tried it after writing my comment to u, we were killing 185 main and had a crush lure on (had shatter as well just in case), my hits were 582, 534, 500, after that I stopped trying. For the record my Pummel item that makes it lvl 50 is royal mordy brace, which adds 400 melee combat and 380 dmg, and Im full str.
