Instead of axe of conquest I would highly suggest dagger of bounty because poison damage is unresisted in Carrie and the pierce damage if affected by strength, you could easy get over the damage of the axe with bounty dagger and still get regens too. Same goes for 180 and 200 lux, the pierce/poison damage with 30% haste and dex is the way to go!

Well i accept for lvl 100-150 but for 200 offhands... not sure , i think flaming axe is better , it gives OP dps , not sure , guys please , any opinions?
