Rend is basically instacast, qs instacast, riposte (though it's not used on eg boss builds as far as ik). Anyhow, I admit what I said was stupidly wrong.

Sneaky doesnt miss,
Dbl doesnt miss,
Qs is insta,
Other skills im not sure what rogues use for raid/eg bosses, been a while since ive played rogue.
