I used to play the game a few years ago but had to stop due to a too busy schedule. I have the time to play again and tried to login into my old account. I type in the correct info and the loading wheel goes for a while and then I get a message saying "Cannot Connect to Server" and am brought to a world select screen (one time it gave my an "error patching" message instead). I have attempted to login many times on several different devices the past couple days but keep receiving the same message. I can play on an account that I created the other day to test if it was connectivity issues with my wifi, so I know that's not an issue. I would really like to play on my old character again since I was a decently high level and had a lot of valuable gear. I emailed support a couple times and haven't received a response yet and also read on the website to post on the forums for potentially quicker additional help.

Is it possible my account was deleted or put on a hold of some sorts? If so, is it retrievable? If it is retrievable, about how long will it take to receive help and be able to pickup where I left off on my old character?

Thanks for the quick response. I read your PM and attempted to login with the new password you provided me this morning but still ran into the same issue. Excuse me for the intrusion but, we aren't allowed to PM admins when we had just created the forum account? Just asking

I didn't know that was a specific rule, it only said I couldn't send PMs altogether. I just didn't want to publicly post my account's private information. Thank you for the input though, the more info I learn, the better.
