Ok, so U made a alt and want to jazz some stuff up?
Ok!
First things first, this build has no required class, but rogue is highly suggested. You'll see why.

First lets cover stats and skills.

Stats:
vitality:
It's suggested to go 2 points vit per level, or straight up double your health. But for this build, we will be using lifesteal, so let's make our vit double our level -10.

Strength:
This is our main stat.
2 points per level

Dexterity:
1 point per level unless you feel necessary to increase skill damage.

Focus: have a max of 20 points in here because we will be getting our energy from gear. The 20 points is only useful for lower levels when you can't wear the better energy adding gear.

Skills!
I'll rank skills for us to use by dots.

• means don't use this

Smoke bomb •
Reason: we do not need this as dexterity and h2h ability will be sufficent enough for us to hit. Also it's more of a boss skill, and this build is for levels up to 100

Expose weakness •
Reason: same as smoke bomb

Quick strike •••
This skill adds damage and DOSENT effect your auto. Making it extra damage inside our very very high hitting, fast flying auto.

Sneaky Attack •
Reason: needs a dagger to use

Rend ••
Reason: this skill can add sufficent DPS for 3 and 4 * mobs

Poison weapon •••
Reason: this skill adds poison damage to our Attacks. Nearly no enemy below 100 is resistent to poison and it can also add sufficent damage.

Lifesteal •••
Reason: it's like quick strike, except it does effect our auto, but as compensation it heals us

Shadow strike •/••
Reason: use it if you want some extra dps skills, but it's not very useful in this build

Riposte ••
Reason: it adds extra damage but with a medium cooldown. Great for 4*s

Double Attack •
Reason: our autos hit so fast that in the time it takes to cast this we can already land over 3 hits, making this decrease our dps

Distract •
Reason: idek what happens when I invest in this. But I do know its reversed taunt, and we arent bossing

Meditate, recuperate, bandage wounds •
Reason: self explanatory

GEAR:
As gloves, use the lockjaw gloves from crookback. They add some extra piercing damage, which gets effected by our strength. Meaning these gloves can add up to 30 damage at level 50
All other armor isn't very helpful for dos, except the quiglys merchant magic damage hat. You may prefer to use heroic boots also.
Use the darkrun armor sold in the castle as chest, legs, and (possibly) boots and head.
When it's possible get the warden gear.
Weapons:
Until 60 h2h weapons aren't existent (flint), so just use your bare mainhand. But for your offhand, buy a lux offhand, or get a torch/ battleskewer if your too cheap

Jewlery:
As charm, necklace, and one ring, use a galar set. This set can increase survivability or dps. I find the magic damage set is a great show off of both those traits.
For our other rings, it's suggested to buy skill rings, but you can equipt current event rings too if you need the extra Attack.
For bracelets it's highly suggested to use the event bracelets from the emberdrake a as they add strength and skill damage

LEVELING:
This build can't mow down groups of mobs, but it can tackle the harder mobs.
1-40
This will mostly be the beginner/SHALEMONT questlines
41-57
Level at the river, slowly making your way up to the top of the castle
58-65
Level on the wisps in stonevale, where you can also call someone when a boss is up to save yourself a bit of gold.
66-75
Level on mobs sufficent to your level, mowing them down with your sick dps
75-90
Level on the eyes in otherworld, it's suggested to combo around here because 4*s have a higher chance spawning here then other places
91-97
Go into carrow more tunnels and kill the spiders, don't kill spiders above 3 levels to you because...
THEY. WILL. WRECK YOU.
98-100
Level on the wraiths on the way to the fortress

To finish up, I will say other classes don't do much here because of the gloves that we need for this build. Rangers can get the gloves, but they don't have quickstrike to back them up as extra dps, nor do they have poison weapon. Sure they can use sharpen weapons and steady aim combo to also gain extra Attack, but sharpen weapons is piercing damage, and since its aoe it dosent add as much as poison weapon.
Meaning, while poison damage is basicly doing 100% of its max damage, sharpen weapons is adding about 40% the damage poison weapon is adding.
Warriors have it even worse, with no way to heal and no way to add extra damage. Sure they have frenzy which adds Attack and damage, but it's damage isn't very high.
Sure warriors have pummel to fit in with the build better, but it interrupts our auto. We aren't roleplaying with this build, we are leveling alts quickly and cleanly to 100.

Pretty awful guide tbh...if you're a low level rogue planning to try out a new build, I would not recommend this one

Ummm nope i think u got it right. This is the ultimate h2h build.
It sucks tho.
Mostly because even the best h2h build sucks nowadays.
Use a dagger or a spear.... For 1-100 definately use a dagger imo.

Also from round lvl 64-71 kill the lvl 70 druids and the slightly lower lvl wisps next to them on the eastern and northern side of the bloodgrove in stonevale.
This way u dont run out of mobs to kill after the 4 lvl 65 wisps are dead on the road into the bloodgrove.
No point standing around waiting for mobs to respawn while you lix runs.
The druids dont do huge amounts of damage either so are manageable.
Hang around in bloodgrove after lvl 71 and kill the higher lvl mobs there too.
After that id head to pirates at lvl 75 and lvl there til round 86 - 88.
Aaand THEN head to OW on eyes and then trees and kelpies.

I could start earlier and/or continue further with lvling area guides for lvl. But im pretty sure there are already a bunch of decent guides

I hope you dont think im being harsh to you. Its just that h2h is VERY bad. And id hate to see a noob rogue struggle with it til 100 and not know there is a better way to play.

level 1-100 and the sewers (murky vaults) don't get a mention, not even in comments, some of the best areas to train within those levels, I would even say the best

Sewers and murky are ok. Buuut the mobs there all have waaay more hp than other 1-100 areas. Plus theres the chance of catching the pox. Which lasts like 5 mins. Stopping sigils from activating. So not the best imo
