Re: UPDATE 3 - Almost a mistake perhaps (here's why)

I am not happy about Update 3 but not for the issues you discuss
pot cooldown is reasonable, just like skills have a cooldown.
AFK, good riddance try it with a mage hah.
Training dummys. I didn't realize we had any. I thought that is what mobs were for?

Ligitimate gripes about the game.
Individual class issues - will not mention it here that should be a discussion in the class groups
Energy - wow is this messed up. Lots of threads on that, wont copy it here
Money - the different vendors for different prices. Mistake put it back
Class Balancing effort - made things worse across the board. put it back
quests - I think they are great but the implementation method is really unfair to the lower classes. I feel sorry for someone trying to finish a defector quest. Also regarding quest drops good luck I only know one person with any new skills, if you have to kill an OW boss to get a new skill what are you going to use the skill for? The skills should be made available to you so you can fight the new bosses. I was really hoping the first OW quest would give me a skill not a stupid super heal potion. What good is a 5000 hp heal when I only have 1200 hp. I like the quests but the drops make no sense. But that is not new. By the time I was killing mobs in the Catacombs I already had better gear then the mobs dropped. Also the new quests don't "check off" when you have found something. It was really frustrating trying to shove a moonstone in a stature when I really need the "moonstone of cerridineskiwhatever".
Other World - Now this they got right, I have two complaints the drops are too hard. And the bosses are too easy. We are only one week in and people have already finished the save fairyland quest. We should need a group where at least half the group has acquired the new skills and had to level them to at least 10 to win a boss fight. Which means the skills and book bindings and other quest stuff should not be boss drops. The bosses should then drop things that you need to kill the bigger bosses, aka dragon.
Graphics - Outstanding but for the most part totally un-necessary. Please did you have to waste dev time making the laystones glow. What are we all radioactive now? But why is the chicken the default icon for drops?
Targeting- impossible to target a mob with a group beating on it.
chat - I like the new chat but I still hate red, it is very hard to read. I miss the ^y options we had before. I would always shout in yellow so it could be seen.
New items - I'm not fond of this bind on thing except for things you can never replace like warden. Why do I have to bind on a +1 ring? If I get better stuff why cant I sell it?
Jewlery page - Why do we have two necklace slots but can only wear one necklace? 4 rings are great but what goes in the other 2 slots? There is no explanations. Can you make the top 4 slots so we can put whatever we want in them, or all the slots for that matter.
PVP - Currently PVP is a contest of who has spent the most plat. There should be options to send a limited challenge like a fixed gear challenge where you walk in unequipped and both of you choose gear from a rack and your sigils are turned off. I would love a rebirth challenge where you get to respec all your skills and stats but only for that challenge then it all goes back to normal. You would look at the gear you had to choose from and then have to pick the gear and spec the toon to match the gear available. But I digress, the point is he who spent plat wins.
Help - Ever use microsoft help it is always technically correct and completely useless but at least they tried to help. The question mark is useless. What do the new abilities do? What can I put in this slot? The questionmark should divide the screen into shaded regions that when you tap a region it tells you what the thing is.
Well I wana laugh bcuz it's the first I heard someone say that bosses are to easy xD and I honestly cant argue with ur dislikes its also the first post abt the updates flaw to sound so polite... Well enough of that But I agree with ur arguments with jewelry targeting and energy... I dnt understand the jewelry the targeting lags a bit on min and the energy usage is outrages:o if I buy a diamond sword I would have to put more focus in my warrior to just make it even to web I have my warden sword

I expected that to get a rise out of people but here is my logic. You get to stonevale when your are about level 50. You get the quest to kill the bosses and they each got harder and harder. What did it take to kill Spearhorn? its a level 50-80 area and it takes a full group of level 70s to do it. Deadroot took a full team of level 80s with warden and partial meteoric. So the OW is 80-150 and so it should take a full group of 130s to take on the harder bosses and the drops should prepare us for that fight.

I will correct you here because the fairyland quest doesn't involve the 'big' bosses. They are mini bosses like Brutus. Once you find one of the big ones you will change your tune.

Just a clarification, you appear to be saying that the fairyland quest only involves the mini bosses and that there are still big bosses out there that will satisfy my logic? If that is so then I recant my complaint and look forward to it. BTW I am taking credit for the first person in Uskoci to be eaten by the dragon.
