Are you looking at the description for an elite bounty bag? Elite bounty bags cannot give mounts.

I dont think the beacons can give bounty bags, theyre similar to novelty effect items from past events like cakes. The description doesnt imply it would be of any other use either. It wouldnt make sense for them to give bags, im calling bs on that.

check your inventory, you may have a bag you never knew about

well i got my sage black pony from a bounty bag only this bag was diferent.. elite or heroic beltane bounty bag don remenber the name.
