Yes I got one in beta.

We all know that not everything in beta gets into the live game and new bugs are introduced to the live game that wasn't in beta.

Somehow, somewhere, there is a sneaky programmer changing things during migration to the live environment. Or OTM has gremlins in their servers.

Well, I've seen trolls and "cats"

Ok so after hours of wasting my life and killing 552 morcas mobs (I counted) I have come across 96 beacons 5 defaced coins and 2 tarnished coins. I wasn't expecting a horse, but at least something to make this all worth my time... Hmmmm, guess I'll try again tomorrow.

No luck either, Im pretty sure Im close to 1k morcas kills (on main alone, killed some more on alts) and Ive done several beltane bounties, but Im just not a lucky person.

I havent counted, but i would guess ive killed 500-800 so far. Ive gotten a ton of becons, a few coins, and a flute. No mount yet, but I feel like I got a souvenir in that flute at least.

Last event I got flutes all the time, I was giving them away to noobs.

I have about 250 beacons in my inventory, so I think I've killed around 1500 Morcas creatures at this point, as beacons seem to drop on average around 1 out of 6.
Besides the beacons, I've gotten about 30 coins.

Still no luck with a mount.

But I have an idea. I'll just start cracking open my beacons until I see a Fortan rune! (rune of good luck)
Maybe that will improve my chances.

I've been dedicating 2-3 hours a night killing morcus mobs, pretty much same results as above except I've been using my beacons of wasted backpack space as soon as I get them. I read somewhere that they have a small chance of dropping something.

Well I'm now past 2300 kills with still no luck. Just wondering if anyone has gotten a mount yet from a morcas creature, I'm a bit discouraged.

Idk but I haven't seen one or heard of one dropping my world.

I think someone on my world got a 95 speed stallion from a morcas

They have been dropping It is a rare drop though
