Okay so it's says Active players will get a refund! Or compensation.
What if:
I played got items.. Logged went to work takes 15mins to get to. And Tryed to log and can't. Am I active or I am not active during the time?

More details tomorrow, can't say much on the issue at the moment because it's very late here and we want to make sure everything works first
