I purchased plat over the weekend and accidentally bought chests when I wanted to save it for next event. I messaged support but only receive partial plat back. I am missing plat for 200 more chests and then the extra 120 plat given today. How can I get reimbursed for this mistake? I have messaged support again but to no avail as of yet. Thanks.
