The arguement of not many necks dropping because it would be op is absurd. The only reason I actually use my gara set is for the stat boosting skills. By using gara set I lost 130 dmg by having to replace 240 heat dmg ammy and 90 dmg hrung ring. These sets are nice but far from op.

It's not just the strength of the set it is also to do with it being an event set

2 complete sets on lugh we are still yet to see a blade set here.

Otm puts insanely over powered lvl 150 lux in its shops (thank god this event lux was nerfed), and puts a lvl 210 boss up for us to farm that is impossible to get the what you need from (i.e., blood, blade, frost necks). This makes a statement to us that they are more interested in plat sales then raid quality.

Is it completely unreasonable to think that after an entire event of farming this thing on spawn the majority of our endgame rogues could be equipped with the new dps sets?

I always thought that event gear was suppose to be more available. In my mind for some reason I always considered events a kind of substitute for a raid bosses. Not everyone can always get good raid gear, but everyone should be able to get event gear. With the lack of necks dropping people arn't able to get sets and enjoy the event like I always thought was intended. It's unlike normal events which have the different tiers of gear. If otm wanted to make it special they should have made sets royal, imperial and godly and made the necks drop drop more frequent. This way everyone at least gets a royal set like other events, and the godly sets be special and rare.

Translation: Event Sets are free. We wants players to buy more powerful items because that's where our revenue comes from. If players get stuff for free, there's no reason to buy gear from shops and that ruins our bottom line.

Obviously most of us are unhappy except for the 8 players on all of android and ios that has a set. But we can't have a discussion because we end up with posts basically going "OTM is so greedy they're the suck!!! Zomg!!!"

We're on day 3 and about to hit day 4 of looking at skain 6* and all but a couple players going "meh." I've given up on thinking I'll get a shrive set.

You know what we've had a lot drop of? Spirit necks. We have 5 spirit necks. The one set at lvl 200 that no one wants is the one that if we kept killing skain, we could have prob a dozen sets easy.

Just being honest. "It's an event set" - doesn't that mean it has to be rare. It's a marginal upgrade from Garanak. It's even sometimes inferior to level 200 lux, but definitely comparable and players will use it if they don't have to spend millions of gold. The fact that it's a limited time item, already makes it rare. Just check how many Radiant Earthstone sets there are left.

Sorry, but some of us just don't believe everything OTM says. We play this game more than OTM does, and that's just a fact.
