I want some good skill choices that includes e-shield

I think you need to come up with a better question. There is plenty on the forums already about good builds but if you posted some specifics people would probably give you some feedback.

So as a starting point I suggest using firebolt if you are going to go fire.

Part way down the page it gives the typical Fire Mage build.

I don't wanna use lure of assassin. What should I replace it with?

Energy boost, Energy Shield or Ice Blast depending if you need more regen, more survivability or more DPS.
