well its been months and after email and ticket after ticket with no help what so ever im resulting to this....the week the tower beater was relased i purchased a full turq hunter set on my lvl205 gary25 ranger in danu then the beta was out all was fine and dandy running around with it on ect ect then when the beta closed and the tower can out i lost it completely no one has accsess to my account i did not drop it lose it or sell it i payed over the bloody odds for it but iv asked time and time again for you to find where it went i also lost lux but i dont care about that at all i just want my fashion back !

Are you saying you had it in beta but not in the live game?

Beta characters were separate characters for testing and not linked to your live game characters, so any items you get in beta don't carry over to live.

no i had it befor beta then after the beta and tower was released my items disaperad

emailed and no i got then less than a week or so befor the beta

this has to be a joke my reply from otm was "sorry our team can not find your itmes end of messgae" well duh hence im making this thread and i have emailed you you can see one day i had the itmes then i dont no trades or any thing just gimme the itmes back already its been months

I lost my blue coven hat and few other 5% mounts before, otm said I gave them to another player which I didn't. I think they don't have trade logs and such. They simply won't recover your items

It sounds like the items were bought in Beta as when heroes lose items it is usually not just a full set.

Are you sure you had them before the beta as by them disappearing at the end of beta it sounds like you had them on the beta servers and not on live.

I'm sorry Support were unable to help further but without logs they do not have much to go on.

I lost my blue coven hat and few other 5% mounts before, otm said I gave them to another player which I didn't. I think they don't have trade logs and such. They simply won't recover your items

Support have access to trade logs, mail logs and every type of log imaginable in-game we want to make sure we can help no matter the problem.

Unfortunately they are unable to restore items when they look like they have been traded or sent to another character as heroes could keep sending in tickets in such a fashion to dupe items between alts.
